About us
The Second International Forum on Green Development and Engineering Innovation will be held in Binhai New Area, Tianjin during 22-24 November, 2019. The forum aims at exploring new technologies and methods for improved protection of the environment including the application of water and the environment with the help of artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing and nanotechnology. Another focus of the forum is advanced computation of modelling techniques and eco-materials, and smart city related technologies. Problem and technology oriented, the forum also aims to identify the path to the development of new technologies as well as directions for innovative scientific research. Focusing on green and sustainable development, the forum encourages discussion and exchanges over the topic of integrated and collaborative research involving different fields. Scientists and scholars will come together to contribute their ideas to technological innovation and industrial development in water of environmental safety, and eco-friendly and smart infrastructure in Tianjin and Binhai New Area. The forum will respond to the construction requirements of “Beautiful China” policy, strive to build a global ecological civilization and contribute profoundly in global environmental governance. The protection of the environment, conservation of resources and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions are important goals of sustainable development and eco-civilization. There is urgent need for scientific and technological innovations to tackle these issues in a comprehensive and sustainable manner. Close collaboration is needed among experts from various scientific, technological and other fields to achieve feasible solutions in the shortest period of time. The Second International Forum on Green Development and Engineering Innovation is motivated by these considerations. It is our honour and pleasure to welcome experts from China and around world to the Forum, with the aim of exchanging ideas and exploring joint research and technological implementation opportunities to solve the above critical problems.
